Horenstein-Animalia

I was delighted to attend the opening of Henry Horenstein's exhibit "Animalia" at the Foster Gallery in Dedham. It was great to meet Henry and talk with him about his photography. He is a professor of photography at RISD and the author of numerous books.

Henry's creative eye and sense of humor is evident in his choice of subject matter. One of my favorite images is entitled "Cownose Ray". If I didn't know better I would say he is smiling!

Patriotic Theme

I guess with all the election hype I'm feeling patriotic. This was the inspiration for "American Beauty"

Recent Photographic Award

Here I am with 2 of my recent award winning photographs. I was pleased to have all 4 of my entries hang at the New England Professional Photographers Convention held in Nashua NH. This was the first time the convention was held in Nashua. We loved the city especially all the great restaurants, well worth the drive.
